Questions and answers
What does the app cost?
The app is free to download. You pay per signing or use your subscription, exactly as on the website.
Do the signers need the app?
No. They get a link by email and sign in their browser with their own national eID.
Is the signature legally binding?
Yes, for most agreements. A signature made with a national eID is an electronic signature under the EU's eIDAS regulation. Some documents must by law still be signed on paper or with a qualified signature.
Can I use the account I have on the website?
Yes. Log in the same way as on the website and your subscription and all your documents are in the app.
Which countries does the app work in?
Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Germany. You choose your country the first time you open the app, and signing uses that country's eID.
